Return Policy

EU consumers have 14 days from receipt of their order to withdraw without justification (Art. L.221-18 French Consumer Code).

How to return

1. Email support@robertabravo.com with your order number.
2. We reply with prepaid return instructions where available.
3. Ship the item — unworn, in original packaging — to: ROBERTABRAVO SARL, 44 Rue Pasquier, 75008 Paris, France.

Condition

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and pouches. Pierced-earring items must remain sealed for hygiene reasons.

Return costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or shipped in error.

After the 14-day period

The legal warranty of conformity continues to apply for 2 years.
