Refund Policy

Once a return is received and inspected at our atelier (44 Rue Pasquier, 75008 Paris, France), ROBERTABRAVO SARL issues the refund within 14 days.

Method

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Bank processing may add 2–5 additional working days.

Amount

The full item price is refunded. Original shipping fees are refunded when the entire order is returned within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Non-refundable items

• Pierced-earring items unsealed, for hygiene reasons.
• Personalised or engraved pieces.
• Gift cards.
